This includes; family photos, headshots, commercial or personal themed and stylized photoshoots. Pre-construction and construction reports are designed to fit the required regulator parameters and are individually priced based upon requirements. Environmental reports and surveys are, again, designed and priced as per the required regulatory permits. I may also meet with a buyer or seller to make a specific presentation regarding a property or a feature of the property. This is priced at $150.00 per hour and may include travel time depending on the location.
